First phase : levels -1 to 5 :
Partial renovation of an office building located in Paris-La Défense. As the building was once again single-tenanted, the complete restructuring was carried out in two phases between 2012 and 2017.
The building’s particular triangular shape was designed for open space, while the tenant only operated with partitioned offices, so from the first day the distant central area was used for the support services.
Reconfiguration of the reception hall, renovation of the floor landings and restructuring of the washrooms and toilets to PRM standards throughout the building.
Fitting out the office space (layout and area planning for the new tenant).
Creation of an auditorium (50 seats), a conference/training area (fully modular), a lounge and a fitness centre.
